THE SACRIFICE

To produce food of animal origin, it is necessary to kill non-human animals.
In the trails, the slaughter of animals for human consumption is defined as "Sacrifice." Here animals experience fear and pain before and during their death. Before it is his turn each animal sees its own simile that is "sacrificed" and hears his lament, all this terribly frightens him. The shot that causes brain injuries sometimes leaves the animal still alive and conscious. In the next phase, the carotid artery is cut and the animal dies from bleeding. On some trails, dismemberment begins when they are still alive.

  "Flashing fast,
                         They make noise,
                                                     the heads move,
                                                                                crossed eyes look around,
                                                                                                                            die piece by piece ”
